AnapnoGuard -  Keeps Endotracheal Tube Cuffs at Right Pressure

Hospitech Ltd., has designed a system that automatically adjusts the pressure of endotracheal tube cuffs thus avoiding too much or insufficient pressure and consequences of the same. Anapno Guard uses an integrated sensor to measure the CO2 above the cuff, recognizing when leakage is occurring around the cuff and automatically adjusting its inflation. Additionally, the system performs automated rinsing and evacuation of subglottic secretions before they are allowed to reach the lungs.

The Evoked Potential Assessment Device (EPAD) uses SSEPs (somatosensory evoked potentials) to detect abnormal nerve signaling that is indicative of poor patient positioning.
